Welcome to Expert Manpower Suppliers. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before availing of our services. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below:

1. Responsibility Disclaimer

Expert Manpower Suppliers is not liable for:

• Any theft or damages caused by the hired personnel.
• Customers are provided with verified credentials, photographs, and supporting documents of the personnel. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safekeeping and proper usage of this information.

2. Service Processing Time

• Customers are required to allow a minimum of 15 days for the service process, starting one week after payment of the service charge.
• The same timeline applies for candidate replacements, if needed.

3. Transportation Costs

Customers are responsible for bearing the transportation expenses of the hired personnel.

4. Refund Policy

No refund will be issued once the service charge has been paid, regardless of any circumstances.

5. Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of ₹3000 is applicable to initiate the process. This includes receiving 3-4 profiles, out of which the customer can select one.

6. Minimum Service Charge

For services completed within a 4-5 day timeframe, a minimum service charge of ₹5000 will apply.
